Workshops
Why Should Aimee Lead a Panel or Workshop at your Next Event?

Bachelor of Primary Education
Aimee was first and foremost a teacher for many years before she boarded the full-time voiceover train.
Which means you can ensure:
1. Her many years of creating classroom content and developing scope and sequences keeps her content relevant to her audience, readily scaffolded and informative in easily digestible ways.
2. She still maintains her Non-Practicing Teacher Status and Working with Children's Check (WWCC), so she is more than qualified and covered to work with younger actors at your event.
3. Teachers are an engaging bunch. They smile a lot, they're patient, they're a little quirky, they love to help others and they have to be quick on their feet when things don't go to plan or a question is asked out of left-field. It's a pretty accurate presentation of what you can expect if you work with Aimee!

200+ Video Games Recorded
Aimee is one of the most experienced Video Game Voice Actors in Australia.
With over 200 video games recorded, including for the likes of games like SMITE, Poppy Playtime, Freedom Planet, Mobile Legends and multiple Warhammer 40K games; she is able to provide practical, actionable advice with regard to getting into the field, whilst answering a few fun questions about her roles for any fans of the properties she's worked in!

Over 40 Workshops
You wouldn't be taking a risk on Aimee by choosing her for your event.
She's incredibly experienced, having started running VO workshops back in 2018 on the Oz Comic-Con stage, and she hasn't stopped!
Since then, she has gone on to run workshops and panels with organisations such as:
-

Stephanie Botterill
Campbelltown Library, Youth Leader
"Aimee Smith is an engaging speaker who presented a fun and insightful discussion on the voice acting industry at Campbelltown City Library. Her passion and knowledge of voice acting combined with a friendly and sociable personality kept the audience captivated throughout the panel. Aimee is inspirational for young people looking for a career in voice acting - we can’t wait to work with her again!"
Kat Chamney
Smash Sydney, Coordinator
"Aimee was a delight to work with and we were glad to have her onboard for our SMASH! 2019 panels and workshops line-up. She was a breeze to communicate with and was very well prepared for the event days. The panels themselves, 'How to Find Character Voiceover Work' & 'Mock Video Game Auditions,' offered great insight into the Australian voice acting community and the fans were really engaged. I especially loved the audience participation during the 'Mock Video Game Auditions' panel, where fans got to have a go at voice acting and even win some great prizes!
We look forward to working with Aimee again on future projects."
